A reposted clip can remove the context that made a statement intelligible. Before analysing a transcript, identify the original recording and the boundaries of the material you actually have.

Use an accessible recording

Paste a public X or Twitter video URL into its workspace. Retrieval depends on the connected media service and platform access. Live or unavailable Spaces are not guaranteed inputs; an accessible recording or a source file is needed.

Keep attribution cautious

An automatic transcript is not a verified speaker-identification system. Label speakers only when you can establish who is talking. Overlapping voices and clipped introductions may make attribution impossible.

Inspect the surrounding argument

Search the phrase, listen before and after it, and note any obvious cuts. Preserve qualifications and questions as well as the headline claim. A short clip should not silently stand in for an entire conversation.

Prepare a readable record

Export text with the original link and checked times. For newsletters or research briefs, separate quotes, paraphrases and your conclusions. If a post disappears, an unverified transcript alone cannot resolve every question about its origin.
